Use Mindful Breathing for Stress Relief

When I feel overwhelmed with life, I have to take a few moments to get back into balance. I have a tendency like most people to keep going and going ignoring stress signals. However, that usually ends with me being even more stressed out, and sometimes illness.

So, I had to learn to stop the madness and tune into my thoughts that were stressing me out. I learned to breathe Mindfully to find that inner peace. I am sharing in this video about ancient Mindful breathing, and taking you through the practice that I learned years ago, which is now practiced in hospitals, pain clinics, companies, schools, Universities, and in the military. The Mindful practice is now mainstream.
