For over two decades, I worked as a television publicist at CBS and ABC, helping stars and shows shine on the world’s biggest stages. But behind the scenes, I went through devastating illnesses from stress.  I was running out of time trying to find help for my emotionally disturbed adopted son, who was on the brink of self-destruction. However, I discovered something profound — the brightest spotlight can’t illuminate the soul.

My path led me from red carpets to quiet meditation halls, where I studied mindfulness directly under Thich Nhat Hanh, known as the "father of mindfulness," and began teaching thousands how to find inner peace, clarity, and love in their own hearts.

Today, as an award-winning author, teacher, and speaker, I help people reconnect to the Divine Love that’s been within them all along. Through mindfulness, we learn to stop chasing peace — and start *feeling it.*
